Use License

Permission is granted to use Notive for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion

User Content

• You grant us a license to store and process your content

• Harmful, abusive, or offensive content
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Distributing malware or harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

AI Usage and Disclaimers

• AI-Generated Content: Notive provides AI features to help you write, summarize, and organize notes. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of all AI-generated output.
• No Professional Advice: AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
• Accuracy: Due to the nature of machine learning, AI output may occasionally be inaccurate or biased.

Service Availability

• We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uptime
• We may modify or discontinue features with notice
• We are not liable for data loss due to technical failures

Intellectual Property

Notive and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Notive and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Notive offers a "Pro" subscription that provides enhanced features
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the period
• We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements
• Refunds are handled solely through the respective app store policies

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.
