How do I reset my password?
Open the Notive app, go to Settings > Account, and tap "Reset Password". You'll receive an email with reset instructions shortly.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store (App Store or Google Play). Go to Settings > Subscription in the app for direct management links.
Can I use Notive offline?
Absolutely. Notive is built with an offline-first architecture. All your notes are stored locally and sync seamlessly once you reconnect to the internet.
How can I export my data?
You own your data. You can export individual notes or your entire workspace as Markdown, PDF, or HTML at any time from the Settings menu.
Does Notive support Markdown?
Yes, we love Markdown. Our editor supports full GFM (GitHub Flavored Markdown) syntax, including tables, code blocks, and task lists.
How secure is my information?
Your privacy is our priority. We use end-to-end industry-standard encryption (AES-256-GCM) to ensure your notes are only accessible by you.
Is there a dark mode?
Yes, Notive fully supports system dark mode and custom high-contrast themes. You can switch themes in Settings > Appearance.
Do you have a desktop app?
We currently offer a powerful web app and mobile apps. A dedicated native desktop app for macOS and Windows is in active development.
Is there a developer API?
A developer API is currently in private beta. If you are interested in building integrations, please reach out to our engineering team.
Which languages are supported?
Currently, we support English, Spanish, and French. We are actively working on localization for more regions.
