• Subscription Information: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. While we do not store your credit card details, RevenueCat and the app stores (Apple/Google) collect information necessary for processing your transactions.

Generative AI and Data Processing

Notive uses advanced AI models (Google Gemini) to provide intelligent features like summarization, rewriting, and information extraction. When you use these features:

• Relevant note content is securely transmitted to Google AI services for processing.
• This data is used only to generate the requested result and is not used to train global AI models.
• Voice recordings are transcribed locally or via secure cloud speech services depending on your device capabilities.

Data Storage and Security

• Local storage on your device using encrypted SQLite database
• Cloud synchronization via Supabase (your data only)
• End-to-end encryption for all transmitted data
• Secure authentication using Supabase Auth

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted third-party services to provide core functionality:

• Supabase: For secure authentication and data synchronization
• Google Gemini: For intelligent AI note actions
• RevenueCat: For managing subscriptions and entitlements
• Google Play/Apple App Store: For payment processing
